Hi, I’m Aiden. I specialize in helping individuals navigate the complexities of Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Trauma, Phobias and other mental health experiences as well as ASD & ADHD.
I offer several different programs through my fully online clinic, these include Traditional Online Telehealth Therapy, Videogame-Based Therapy and Structured Psychoeducation Sessions.
I aim to provide a space for deep reflection and discourse; where you can explore thoughts, feelings and experiences in an open, honest and authentic manner.
With half a decade of experience in the Mental Health and Community Sector, I've worked with children through to mature aged adults navigating a number of life's challenges.
