I work with depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, bipolar disorder, neurodivergence, and complex mental health presentations. My trauma-informed practice prioritises safety, choice and pacing, and draws on evidence-based approaches including CBT, EMDR, Schema Therapy and ACT.
I am currently undertaking Schema Therapy Accreditation with the Schema Therapy Society. I have worked across inpatient and outpatient hospital settings, private practice, community services and the disability sector, and welcome culturally diverse, LGBTIQ+ and disabled clients.
