Have you got a complex life? I know how you feel. I get that life happens! Being vulnerable and taking that first step in finding the right mental health professional to walk alongside you on your journey to recovery is a huge strength. If you're reading this, you're already on your way. First box already ticked - how good is that!
Apart from my extensive and diverse professional experience and qualifications I treat (or supervise) you from real life experience. I have 3 young adult children with special needs, myself and two of my boys also have a rare genetic disease. I have been a disability service provider for over 20 years and simply care enough to listen and learn about you.
If you need someone who knows what a bad day really 'looks and feels' like I'm your person. I focus on getting to know you and working with you in your daily reality, not just giving standard 'clincial' support. If you're ready to do the work, I will be there right alongside you. Let's take that next step together as a team.
