Empathetic, ethical, client-centric, well-qualified counsellor registered with PACFA. Gottman (L2). English, Spanish, Polish. A boutique practice (Atenta) for couples and individuals. In person and online.
My goal is to make every client feel heard, understood, and professionally supported.
I understand how the demands of modern life put pressure on relationships and I help couples improve communication and connection and recover from crisis and infidelity. I support individuals after breakup and going through life changes.
I respect culture, diversity, and mental health conditions and honour client's autonomy.
I hold a Master of Counselling (Monash Uni), Master of Social Science (Utrecht University, Netherlands). Trained in Gottman Couples Therapy (Level 2), Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Attachment Theory and trauma-informed approach. I'm a Certified Career Coach. I work with English, Spanish, and Polish-speaking clients. Constantly upgrading my knowledge.
If you are in crisis, you may feel overwhelmed and helpless. I help couples going through crisis, conflict, infidelity, lost connection, or starting a family and individual clients going through life changes, menopause, anger, and loneliness, or looking to fulfil their potential. I have lots of life experience and accept clients' choices without judgment.
