Hi, my name is Kim. I am a Christian Counsellor that supports women and young people aged 12+ through life's ups and downs. You may be someone who appears to be coping on the outside, yet inside feels anxious, stressed, emotionally flat, or overwhelmed by the demands of life. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you explore what’s happening beneath the surface and develop healthy, practical strategies that support coping and personal growth in everyday life. You choose what works for you, telehealth, office based or beachside/outdoor walk and talk therapy. Our work is confidential, collaborative, respectful, and led by you.
