Bloom Well-being provides counselling for children, adolescents and adults who are experiencing or seeking support in relation to: Anxiety, Depression, Low self-esteem, School-based concerns, Traumatic childhood experiences, Relationship breakdowns, Family-based concerns, Family relationships and Sexuality.
Jemma holds a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and is a member of the AASW (Australian Association of Social Workers). Jemma has four years prior experience providing trauma counselling to children, adolescents, adults and families. Bloom Well-being is passionate about offering trauma counselling and support re: sexuality.
We offer a safe, inclusive, non-judgmental space to address challenges, concerns and life traumas. We walk alongside you and hold your voice as the expert of your story. We acknowledge that we won’t walk this journey with you forever, so we offer practical tools and strategies, (as appropriate), that you can take with you wherever you go.

Bloom Well-being's Groups

Creswick Therapeutic Group (5 - 12)

Therapeutic group session for primary school-aged children, to be offered during Term 3.Each group has 6-8 participant and occurs weekly for 8 weeks. Sessions focus on strengthening: connection (to self, community and nature), self-esteem (increasing self-image and decreasing negative self-talk) and emotional literacy (increasing capacity to recognise and regulate emotions). Cost per group is inclusive of all materials and a group work-book.
