Hi I'm Adri. With 25+ years in trauma recovery, forensic, and mental health, I can support you to identify what is no longer serving you; so you can develop practical and effective coping strategies. Counselling it tailored to your individual needs and goals. Sometimes the work will be brief and focused; or there may be a longer process needed. I work with adolescents, adults, and families affected by trauma, complex behavioural challenges, harmful sexual behaviours, child protection involvement, and mental health concerns. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by situations that seem difficult. I help clients strengthen coping skills.
Therapy is my heart work. Many people seek therapy when they're overwhelmed, or weighed down by experiences.
