Reaching out and connecting can be difficult, and knowing that caring support is available when you're ready to start your journey towards increased emotional health and wholeness can make all the difference. I aim to provide a safe, supportive counselling environment where you feel heard, respected and valued. Whether you're hoping to work through painful emotions or memories; significant fears, worries and anxiety; reductions in energy and motivation, negative thought patterns; significant loss; relationship difficulties; or if your goals are focused around personal development, we can work together to find a way forward.
I am particularly focused on supporting people recovering from traumatic events, coping with times of significant transition, or struggling with anxiety and depression. I have a special focus on EMDR treatment, and am a member of EMDRAA. I also have expertise in professional supervision and am a board approved clinical supervisor.
I am committed to providing a high quality, connected and empathetic psychological counselling service to support you with whatever challenges you are experiencing.
