Hi there, thanks for exploring my profile. Over the last decade, I have worked as a psychologist, board-approved supervisor, and as a behaviour support practitioner supporting complex behavioural cases.
My experience spans across a range of challenges including anxiety and phobias, depression, ADHD, autism, stress and trauma related conditions.
I have a particular interest in supporting business owners with navigating personal and professional challenges such as: managing stress and anxiety, preventing burnout, improving communication and interpersonal skills, improving self-esteem and confidence, and finding balance in life.
I am trained in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution focused therapy, and dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT). However, each individual deserves a personalised approach.
