I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist who works through a place of warmth and empathy. People typically see a psychologist when they've experienced trauma, feel stuck, have experienced bullying, relationship breakdown, feel fatigued, overwhelmed, or for many other reasons. Therapy can help when you're feeling flat, feeling teary, or life just isn't enjoyable anymore, you are self medicating, you’re avoiding thinking about the past, or you just need something to change. I typically use a grounded approach and believe it is important to work in collaboration with people to assist them to reach their goals.
I specifically work with adults.
Please note sessions cost $180 with a Mental Health Care Plan. You will receive a rebate of $137.05 from Medicare. Bookings can made directly with me via my website. I look forward to meeting you and discussing how I can help.
