Hello and welcome to Adam’s counselling. I offer a counselling service which is based on empathy, listening and exploring every day feelings concerning your life. Your voice is important to me and I treasure your individual uniqueness. We use many theapeutic modalities to assist you however we have a particular emphasis on Solution Focus as we believe most of our clients seek solutions to the problems they bring to our therapies. In additon to showing empathy and understanding we are very happy if you leave our therapy room with more thoughts and ideas about solving or improving various problems you may have.
Specialties include: General Counselling, Depression / Anxiety, Trauma, PTSD, Addiction, Anger Management, Career Guidance, Depression, Family therapy, Grief and Loss, Relationships, Music and vocal performance anxiety, NDIS participants in need of counselling regarding physical or mental disability.
Your counselling is focused on you and the feeling that you want to explore. You will always be held in positive regarad and be treated with empathy. When you discuss issues of concern we will try to explore various options so as we attempt to empower you with solutions. Our therapeutic approach has revealed many success with couples counselling.
