I enjoy working with both children and adults, supporting my clients to better understand themselves and develop resources for an inner sense of mastery. I work with a variety of individuals, with a particular interest in supporting middle-aged adults to navigate the multiple roles and stressors that may emerge during this period. I apply behaviour change techniques to support lasting and meaningful change.
In the therapeutic space, I bring a gentle curiosity to guide personal exploration and reflection. I prioritise the process of forming an authentic and collaborative partnership with clients, encouraging active participation in the therapeutic process. I use evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, ACT) rooted in science and guided by compassion.
I understand the inherent difficulties in managing several life roles and how these may deplete our resources to cope. I believe the therapeutic space provides an avenue to build your personal resources for greater wellbeing.
