I specialise in Neurodevelopmental disorders such as ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder), ADHD and ADD. While these conditions cannot be cured, I help people to better understand their condition and how it impacts on them and their relationships, and focus interventions on identifying and utilising client's strengths to help them manage their weaknesses. I work with both children (over 6) and their families, as well as adults to help reduce the negative impacts their condition can have on their sense of self, emotional regulation, social engagement, and overall functioning.
I am a Psychologist with over 10 years experience in private practice. I work with children, teens, and their parents and support networks to develop strategies to better manage difficult thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. I provide simple and practical strategies to better manage behaviours in the home with less effort.
