I support Autistic, ADHD or AuDHD women, and those beyond the binary, who feel exhausted from years of masking, burnout, or trying to live by expectations that never fit.
I offer a neuro-affirming, strengths-based approach that honours each person’s unique neurobiology and lived experience. Drawing on ACT, CFT, DBT skills, polyvagal and somatic approaches, I provide a supportive space for self-discovery and practical strategies for identity exploration, executive function, emotional regulation, burnout and self-compassion.

I've been helping people with their mental health issues for over 20 years, focussing on ADHD, peri-menopause & menopause, depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, relationships, as well as stress, life transitions, and trauma.
I am a great listener, with sharp perception skills, getting straight to the issues or barriers that are holding you back. I use a practical approach (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), combined with aspects of Narrative, Person-Centred, and using metaphors and art therapy techniques to help highlight areas of concern/improvement/action.

I am a multilingual AuDHD Clinical Psychologist with a special interest in providing neurodiversity-affirming psychotherapy to adults who are (or who believe they might be) autistic and/or ADHD.
Coping with life is not the same as being happy. My aim is to go beyond coping and help neurodivergent people access their true potential, so that they can build a vibrant life that suits their neurotype. I tend to work with my clients at a deeper level, by exploring emotions and unmet needs, as well as by processing past trauma for those who wish to do so.

Psyborg and a counsellor who has been navigating ADHD since I was a kid.
My approach is CF-CBT — Compassion Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy — which means the work is rigorous and evidence-based, but the climate it happens in is warm, non-judgmental, and built around how you actually function. Not how you're supposed to.

You can book a free 30-minute consultation with me from the start. I specialise in trauma, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders that cause ongoing pain and require real change. I also work with couples who want to reconnect, reduce conflict, and understand the patterns that keep them apart. I have specific experience in perinatal and postnatal depression. Many of my clients are insightful and self aware, yet still feel stuck inside their own responses. I offer 30 minutes rather than the usual 15, so you have enough time to gain clarity and decide whether working together feels right.

I support people dealing with ADHD, autism, parenting challenges, anxiety, low mood, attachment disruption, and trauma.
Hi there! I'm so glad you're here. I provide telehealth psychology to young people, adults, and parents. People often come to me when they’re overwhelmed, burnt out, or navigating neurodiversity, anxiety, low mood, or parenting challenges. I’m known for sessions that feel relaxed and conversational, while still being honest and direct: because sometimes you just need someone who won’t judge you and will get straight to the point. My work is grounded in neuro‑affirming and trauma‑informed care, so it's very much designed for the busy and deeply feeling humans.

ADHD Therapists
When should I seek treatment for ADHD?
You should seek treatment for ADHD if you consistently have difficulty with attention, hyperactivity, or impulsivity that interferes with your daily life. Symptoms of ADHD include the inability to sustain attention during tasks, difficulty organizing tasks and activities, being easily distracted, frequent fidgeting or squirming, and talking or interrupting excessively. If these symptoms interfere with your career, academics, or relationships—for example, consistently failing to complete professional projects on time—you should seek an evaluation for ADHD.

How does treatment for ADHD work?
Effective treatment for ADHD often consists of medication, behavioural therapy, and lifestyle changes. Stimulant medications such as Adderall and Ritalin work by altering levels of neurotransmitters in the brain; higher levels of dopamine and norepinephrine are known to improve attention and focus. Therapy works by helping people with ADHD understand the condition, discuss their areas of difficulty, and develop behavioral strategies to manage their symptoms. In some cases, modifying one’s diet and exercise can also help improve symptoms.

How long does treatment for ADHD take?
It’s tough to give an exact time frame because everyone varies. In terms of medications, stimulants begin to work very soon after you take them, generally within the hour. It may take time to identify the right medication and dosage, but the medication itself is fast-acting. In terms of therapy, it takes time to develop skills and put them into practice, but you will likely see improvements within a few weeks or months.
