Shraevani has over 25 years’ experience in clinical mental health as a clinician and as a leader. She has worked in public health and as a private practitioner. She has a practical and compassionate approach to therapy. Shraevani is trained in a number of evidence based therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, CBT – cognitive behaviour therapy, EMDR – eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing therapy, MBCT – Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, SFT – Solution Focused Therapy, Brief Therapy, EFT and Systems.
