I believe the most effective therapy happens when you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in your own care. You know yourself better than anyone else, and my role is to work alongside you, helping you understand patterns, build practical skills, and move towards the life you want using evidence-based approaches tailored to your goals.
Through Accessible Psychology, I provide Australia-wide telehealth, increasing access to quality mental health care for people in remote communities and for those who find face-to-face appointments difficult, overwhelming, or impractical.
I specialise in trauma therapy and supporting neurodiverse individuals, integrating CBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that makes sense to you, with a clear understanding of why each strategy is being used.
Alongside my professional experience across government services, hospitals, telehealth, and multidisciplinary teams since 2019, I bring personal insight into the challenges many clients face—an understanding that cannot be learned from textbooks alone. This helps me meet people where they are with warmth, authenticity, and compassion.
