Dr Nicole Hess is both founder and director of A to Z Psychology and A to Z Learning Pathways. Nicole aims to empower her clients to explore, unlock, and build on their innate capacity for growth and development and offers neuroaffirming, evidence-based support for ADHD, autism, learning difficulties, anxiety, and burnout.
Nicole works across the age spectrum assisting children, parents, teens, and adults navigate the complexities of bio/psycho/social/emotional challenges. At A to Z psychology we seek to look beyond labels to see the complex individual at the base.

Therapies include; Interpersonal Social Rhythm's Therapy (Bipolar Disorder), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Play Therapy, group coaching programs (such as DBT, mindful self compassion, resilience building, positive psychology), yoga and somatic therapy, family focused therapies.
