Hello, I’m Anthony, and I’m passionate about supporting people who are ready to make positive changes in their lives. Life can be overwhelming at times, and many individuals face challenges such as anxiety, depression, and relying on old coping mechanisms that no longer serve them. My approach is to walk alongside you as we explore what aligns with your values and goals, helping you move towards growth, developing new stories or beliefs, while letting go of patterns that may no longer be helpful.
I bring a compassionate, empathetic, trauma informed approach, along with lived experience, to our work together.
I support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, Drug and Alcohol and challenges with behavioural compulsions. I have a particular focus on men’s mental health, LGBTIQ+ mental health, and issues surrounding sexuality, including sexual compulsions and challenges with pornography use (sex addiction, porn addiction).
Regardless of your identity, sexuality, gender or life circumstances, my role is to listen without judgment, offer understanding, and work with you to create meaningful and sustainable change in your life.
