Individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious or disconnected, and want more than a quick fix. Clients may be navigating relationship difficulties, trauma, grief, people-pleasing, boundaries, major life transitions, or the emotional changes of pregnancy and becoming a parent. Together, we explore the patterns that keep you stuck, build practical tools for change, and create space to feel more connected, confident and in control.
I offer individual and couples counselling, drawing on the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for relationship repair, and CBT, ACT and person-centred approaches for anxiety, emotional wellbeing and life transitions. I also support trauma, grief, boundaries and perinatal mental health
