At A Drop in Emotion Counselling, I support adults and couples navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, grief, trauma, and life transitions. Using a warm, collaborative approach and Gottman Method techniques for couples, I help clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
