I provide a safe, open, and mobile space for children, adolescents, and families to navigate life’s most complex challenges. My practice is deeply person-centered, focusing on the "person-in-environment"—because I believe that for change to be sustainable, it has to work in the real world, not just a clinic room.
How I Work Differently:
I Come to You: I remove the barriers to care by offering sessions in your home or school across Perth (Applecross to Mandurah). Meeting families where they are most comfortable reduces anxiety and builds trust faster.

Hi, my name is Tyrone. I am a clinical psychologist and nutritionist with a passion for helping clients with range of difficulties such as sleeping problems, anxiety, depression, disordered eating patterns, weight management, stress, trauma, and poor self-esteem. Together, we will understand YOU on a deeper level. We will identify and address the automatic defences that cause you problems (e.g., anxiety, emotional numbness, depression, self-criticism, relationship problems, low self-esteem, and self-destructing behaviour). You will have a safe space to get in touch with your emotions and express yourself as you truly are.

When life feels stuck, many try to push through alone — until emotions like fear, anger, guilt, unworthiness or confusion become too heavy. I offer a safe, private space to talk, ask important questions, and explore options at your own pace. While I’m passionate about helping couples and families, I often begin by supporting individuals on their journey toward clarity through contemplation, dialogue, explore options before strengthening to a healthier self/relationship. Growth begins with one step — and I’m here to walk alongside you.
