People come to see me for many reasons, including anxiety, traumatic experiences, stress, grief, relationship difficulties and depression. In particular, I specialise in helping clients with chronic stress and anxiety in a friendly and non-judgmental way. For many, anxiety isn't just about feeling anxious - having symptoms - it's also about a pervading sense of unease about their place in the world. It can show up as an underlying sense of "doom" which never seems to go away completely. My experience is that anxiety sufferers don't feel safe, and what they most need is meaningful connection with others, including their therapist.

Many of my clients are navigating change and feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stretched. Some are adjusting to pregnancy, early parenthood, or relationship shifts. Others are managing stress, self-doubt, or body image concerns while appearing “fine” on the outside. They want a safe space to untangle their thoughts, feel heard without judgement, and gain practical tools to feel calmer, more confident, and more like themselves again.

I work with people who are ready to make meaningful change. Together, we explore how our lived experiences shape us — how different aspects of ourselves develop in response to what we’ve been through, and how some of those patterns can later create difficulties. We’ll gently uncover what’s happening beneath the surface — the patterns, triggers, trauma and unspoken dynamics — and work toward real, lasting relief. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, burnout, anger, or a persistent sense that something isn’t quite right, this is a space where you don’t have to work through it alone.

You may look like you're holding it together. Inside, it's a different story. My clients carry a low hum of tension that never quite switches off. Or they brace for the moment someone finally gets tired of them, never fully letting their guard down. Or they live with a quieter difficulty: a persistent feeling something is fundamentally wrong with them that others can see and they cannot fix. Many have tried other approaches. Too distant, too clinical, too focused on symptoms without touching what is underneath. You don't need the right words. You need to arrive willing to look.
