As a late diagnosed Autistic/ADHD/PDA individual, I proudly own who I am and utilise this as a foundation for my framework of practise as a Registered Counsellor. It has given me the permission to deeply root myself in neurodiverse affirmative counselling; a strengths based, non-pathologising type of therapy where each individual’s unique neurotype, sensory needs, values, beliefs, and current lifestyle form the foundation for therapy. It gives me such joy to work with people in the process of unmasking, and gently guide them as they discover what living authentically can be like.

Life can feel overwhelming, and many of my clients come to counselling feeling stuck, anxious, or weighed down by stress, trauma, or relationship struggles. They may be coping day-to-day but want more clarity, peace, and balance in their lives. Some are seeking support to rebuild confidence, heal from painful experiences, or strengthen their relationships. Others simply need a safe space to talk without judgement. Whatever the reason, my clients are looking for understanding, practical support, and real steps toward positive change.

I am a Clinical Psychologist and develop a strong alliance with clients, using my warm, friendly and non-judgemental approach to create a safe environment for you to disclose your concerns. My special interest areas include ADHD, trauma and PTSD, anxiety and workplace issues. For the past 5 years I have worked as a Director of a Psychology Clinic and managed a team of Psychologists, providing direct supervision and performance management. Since becoming a mother I decided to work independently again seeing clients via online consultations. I have opened my books after a year of having them closed.
