I work mainly with women who for whatever reason, are finding life a bit of a struggle. I do also work with men to help them understand the women in their lives. I am also trained in couple counselling. Some of the most common reasons come to see me include relationship issues, mothering, work/life balance problems, anxiety, depression, grief/loss to name but a few. Commonly we get bogged down in how we “should” be doing things, rather than what suits us and our lives. Women tend to put themselves at the back of the queue, and in times of stress, our self care tends to suffer, leading to overwhelm. Let me help!

My ideal client is someone navigating serious illness, palliative or end-of-life challenges or coping with the loss of a loved one. They may feel anxious, uncertain, or emotionally exhausted, yet still long for peace, connection, and meaning. Some are caring for an ageing parent or partner; others are patients themselves, wanting to live fully until the very end. They seek gentle, compassionate counselling to express fears, strengthen relationships, help with difficult family dynamics and find comfort, purpose and acceptance through life’s most profound transitions.

I know that life can sometimes feel overwhelming, with anxiety, grief, and emotional pain making you feel isolated. You might be carrying the weight of past hurts or the uncertainty of life transitions, and in those moments, it can be challenging to find a space where your feelings are truly understood. I see your struggle and recognize the deep longing for a compassionate, non-judgmental environment—one where the richness of your experience is honored, and every emotion is welcome.

We all experience varying degrees of anxiety or depression, but when those feelings become debilitating, life can lose its colour. You are not alone. I invite you to come and tell your story in a safe space and begin to move towards a lifestyle that aligns with your values. Whether you are dealing with trauma, relationship difficulties, an identity crisis, major life changes, grief and loss, addiction, neurodiversity, or maybe you just want to connect with your best self, my door is open for you.

At foundations and flow building client counsellor relationship is very important. Developing trust and providing a calm safe space for client's, helps support the process of getting to the core issue in the person life. This can then lead to the unfolding of self awareness and development also allowing the space to work together to building a strong foundation with the client where we can support a deeper connection to self and the empowerment to engage with life confidently. Postnatal counselling is an area I am passionate in supporting working with couples to support in what can be a tricky time of adjustment.

At some point, many people find themselves feeling unsettled or weighed down by life. You may be navigating anxiety, relationship strain, separation, or a significant life change, and noticing that things no longer feel manageable in the way they once did. You might not know exactly what you need yet, only that something needs to change. Perhaps you’re tired of holding it all together alone or repeating patterns that don’t shift. You’re looking for clarity, steadiness, and calm support that helps you feel understood, capable and empowered to move forward in a way that feels right for you.

I’ve been in the mental health and disability sector for over 25 years, and walked alongside people and families, and had the joy of being reminded how unique each and every one of us is. Just like you, I’m on the journey of designing a life that matters including paid or unpaid work, health, love, and play (I love live streaming series and movies, reading and learning. Italian and Bachata are my latest conquests). One of Clair’s superpowers is her ability to truly listen and understand her clients and their needs. She passionately works with participants and their loved ones to get what is important to them.

I'm a registered therapist and health coach who helps busy female professionals (and mums) struggling with burnout, stress, anxiety, and weight loss difficulties to remove unhelpful patterns & coping mechanisms and uncover the root cause, so they can press the reset button, realign, reconnect, and feel like themselves again. Most of my female clients are juggling multiple priorities and have endless responsibilities between work and home life. They feel like they've tried it all but still feel stuck and they just want to come up for air and feel like they can catch their breath and recognise themselves in the mirror again.

Hi, I’m Tiarna, registered Psychologist. I'm a therapist who’s curious about what shapes us, especially through the lens of relationships, early experiences, and the ways we’ve learned to cope. I work with adults who are looking to better understand themselves, make sense of their emotions, and shift unhelpful patterns that may be getting in the way of how they relate to others (and to themselves). My approach is warm, collaborative, and gently inquisitive. I draw primarily from psychodynamic therapy, which means we’ll go beyond surface-level symptoms to explore the deeper patterns and experiences that influence your life now.

Taking the first step to reach out and seek care for your mental health is courageous and admirable and not always easy! It is important then that you feel comfortable with your therapist and confident that you will be able to work with them as you move toward healing and achieving your goals. This may feel like you can voice your struggles and doubts without judgment, as well as feel challenged to explore a deeper understanding of yourself. I am committed to creating a safe, empathic and non-judgmental environment, collaborating with you to explore, understand, and work with your unique needs and therapeutic goals.

Play Therapy & Trauma Support for Children, Families & Parents Many families reach out while navigating big emotions, behavioural changes, anxiety, or withdrawal. Some seek support after trauma, sexual abuse, or family disruption, while others want help with emotional regulation, sibling conflict, or developmental changes. Parents hope to feel more connected and work with someone who meets their child through play rather than pressure. I also offer Becoming Through Play — a gentle program helping adults reconnect with playful, nurturing experiences.
