Hi, I'm Lynda. I help women to heal from self doubt, anxiety and painful relationship patterns, so they can reconnect with their confidence, calm and self-worth.
The women I work with have experienced unhealthy or narcissistic relationships that left them emotionally drained, questioning their value and disconnected.
My role is to help you gently understand what has been happening, release the emotional patterns keeping you stuck, and support you in rebuilding a stronger, healthier relationship with yourself.
Together we work to uncover and shift the limiting beliefs and emotional wounds that kept you in unhealthy relationships.
