I love helping people to find their purpose and passions that they have lost while they are busy adulting. I specialise in anxiety and depression from age 16 to seniors. I also help with hiccups and life dramas that can trip us up along the way. I have a lot of lived experience and think that is invaluable that we focus on peoples strength and resilience.
