Counselling in 3113
What matters most to me is creating a space where people feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I’m deeply interested in how our experiences and relationships shape the way we move through the world. With warmth, curiosity, and clinical insight, I support clients to make sense of emotional patterns, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward a more connected and meaningful life. My professional background is in community and family services, including mental health and alcohol and drug support.

I trained in Psychology and Law at Harvard University, the University of Oxford, and Monash University; and completed specialist clinical training in Gestalt psychotherapy. I have also trained in extensively in Eastern contemplative traditions, particularly Buddhist vipassana meditation and Advaita (non-dual) traditions.
I specialise in working with clients who are walking a path of wholeness and integration, personal development, spiritual awakening, self-actualisation and transcendence. Many of my clients are sensitive souls called deeply to a way of being beyond traditional societal expectations and narratives.
