You might be functioning on the outside — working, studying, showing up — but internally you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained. Maybe you’ve been carrying things on your own for a long time, unsure who to talk to or whether counselling would really help.
I offer Australia-wide online counselling for people who want a supportive, practical, and non-judgmental space to talk things through, whether what you’re dealing with feels big, small, or hard to put into words.

My psychoanalytic practice opens a vital place where an individual's speech, and sometimes their silence, can be generated and heard. Matters that carry such urgency —sadness, despair, anguish, but also joy and pleasure— are understood within this approach as always profoundly individual, demanding to be met in their singularity. Together we work to allow new perspectives to emerge, new lives to be made.

My interest and passion for health care began in my early adolescence as a volunteer at a school for children with special needs. In the years that followed I worked with people on the spectrum with high behavioural needs and also in group homes for people with chronic and severe mental illness. I then trained as a Clinical Psychologist and continued to deepen my experience and passion in the 20+ years I have worked with NSW Health in a number of different of roles. I now work with people across a broad range of issues as listed.

My aim is to support individuals to go beyond just coping and survival. Using an integration of evidence-based, trauma-informed, diversity-affirming therapies, I work with clients to move deeper into the vulnerabilities, fears, and pain that sit underneath the surface. My special areas of interests are twofold; I work with neurodivergent adults (ADHD and/or autistic), and clients in the perinatal phase of life, including pregnancy, fertility struggles, pregnancy loss/termination, birth trauma, postnatal mental health and adjustment, parenting, as well as grief and loss. I also work with clients going through the IVF process.
