I work collaboratively with clients to tailor evidence-based treatments to their needs, values, and treatment goals. I also take careful consideration of their psychological, physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual influences. I see people who may have concerns around anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, physical and/or chronic health conditions that affect mood and functioning.
