You’re navigating life’s challenges (maybe stress, trauma, or just life in general?) and looking for support that actually fits you. You want therapy that’s flexible, validating, and feels more... well, like you. I'm a neurodivergent, queer clinical psychologist who meets people where they're at and sees them as a whole human being. No masking, no pressure- just show up as you are, and I will too.

Working with the mind and the body is the key to true healing and transformation. You've possibly done lots of therapy, you have so much awareness but things still are not changing. Maybe it feels like you're going around in circles, even like you're back at square one. It's not that what you've been doing isn't working, but awareness alone isn't enough. Awareness without embodiment will keep us stuck in those same patterns and cycles of stress, anxiety, burnout, unfulfilling relationships, etc. - this is particularly true for those with C-PTSD when those patterns have been learnt early and are deeply ingrained.

I'm a fully certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner & social work counsellor (NB trans), with over 20 years' experience working in community services. My work is grounded in social justice and liberatory practices that support self-agency, joy, pleasure & empowerment. I have a deep interest in relational & social trauma and use a somatic approach that acknowledges the external forces of power and harm. Our bodies hold protective patterns (or felt senses) in response to early attachment wounds, traumatic experiences, relational disruptions and structural pressures - together we work to safely integrate and release these patterns.

Many of the adults I work with have spent years feeling misunderstood or overwhelmed. They might be navigating ADHD, autism spectrum traits or longstanding trauma, often without clear formulation or integrated support. Some have received a late diagnosis or recognise high masking patterns. Others struggle with emotional regulation, relationship strain or persistent distress that has not shifted with short-term approaches. They want clarity, stability and a deeper understanding of themselves.

Many of the people I work with have reached a point where life no longer feels as it once did. They may be living with anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, relationship difficulties or navigating a significant life transition. Others come with a quiet sense that they have become disconnected from themselves and are seeking greater clarity, meaning and direction. Whatever brings you here, we begin by taking time to understand where you are, what has shaped your journey, and what is calling for your attention. Together we create the conditions that support healing, growth and a way forward that feels authentic and deeply your own.
