Are you feeling disconnected from yourself and others? You could be feeling depressed, maybe you suffer from anxiety. You might feel overwhelmed by your emotions at times. Sadness. Anger. Confusion. Sometimes they all mix together into one big negative feeling that threatens to overtake you. Or, maybe you just feel numb–you go about your life… like you are living in a daze not knowing what you feel or what you want. Maybe you feel simply just not good enough.

You’re navigating life between cultures — wanting independence and fulfilment while protecting meaningful family relationships. You feel stuck in emotional and behavioural patterns shaped by upbringing and expectations that once kept you safe but now hold you back. You want to honour your culture while honouring yourself — understanding how the past shaped you, unlearning what no longer serves you, and building a life that feels authentic, balanced, and true to who you are.

Pain management is our focus. If you have chronic pain, lower back pain, joint pain, fibromyalgia we may be able to help. If you have exhausted your options, we have a new, different pain model and treatment. We use neuroscience and neuroplastic theory, we also use Virtual Reality as a therapy model. Chronic pain is pain that has lasts for longer than three months or beyond the healing time of the event that caused it. We know this is because pain shifts from nociceptive (physical) pain to nociplastic (neuroplastic learned pain). This is why traditional treatments stop working, and a neuroplastic retraining of your brain is required

I have worked with individuals and couples for over thirty years, helping them negotiate the struggles of life in this time of quick change, uncertainty and significant social pressure. Relationships are the first victims when people become anxious or challenged in their lives. Yet I believe relationships are the core to good mental health and personal development. These issues are relevant to people of all ages, and not specific to gender, race or religion. The presenting symptom could be grief, anxiety, depression, arguments, irritability or any form of dysfunctional behaviour - the underlying issue has to be addressed.

Sydney CBD Counsellor supporting adults experiencing anxiety, burnout and chronic overthinking. You might look capable and composed on the outside, but internally feel wired, exhausted or stuck in overdrive. Many of the clients I work with are used to holding everything together, at work, in relationships and for their families, while quietly carrying overwhelm, self-pressure and emotional fatigue. Therapy offers a space to slow down, untangle patterns of overthinking and people-pleasing, calm your nervous system and build a steadier, more sustainable way of functioning.

Hi, I am an individual and couple therapist offering assessments and therapy for adolescents, young people and adults. People I see tend to speak about repeating familiar patterns in relationships, self-sabotage, feeling empty/disconnected, or confusion about their sense of identity. Couples tend to speak about issues to do with intimacy, communication issues, betrayals and breaches of trust, or frequent unresolvable conflict. I have completed further extensive training for working with issues that impact the LGBTQIA+ community. My approach will be tailored to your needs, and can be both short or long-term.

She needs clinical healing, clarity, and real support. Her goal is to reclaim her voice, rebuild self-trust, and feel whole again- not just surviving, but rising stronger, wiser, and deeply empowered. I offer EMDR intensives specifically designed for betrayed partners, combining deep clinical healing with focused, trauma-informed support.
