Did You Know? Fiber for Lower Blood Pressure Eating a high fiber diet can lower high blood pressure and even improve healthy blood pressure levels, a new study indicates. People who ate 7.2 to 18.9 grams of fiber a day (best source: fruits and vegetables) for eight or more weeks showed significantly lower blood pressure.
