About
We all have moments when we react to situations and make things worse rather than better. Where we end up nurturing our anger or hurt, rather then finding a path to repair. At those times we need to be guided towards a new set of responses and learn to stop those automatic responses, which are adaptive patterns from the past and no longer work in the present. The change begins with believing in our own self worth as a constant, rather than acquired from outside ourselves. This work allows us to develop relational integrity and build human connections that are strong, lasting and healthy.
Over 38 years as therapist, supervisor or leader. I have treated or supported the treatment of a wide range of issues, diagnoses and crises. I aim to support you finding a healthier way of being in the world for yourself and those others you want to be intimate with and I help you find healing from losses or traumas from the past or in the present.
I am glad to speak with you to answer questions and allow you a chance to determine if I would be a good fit to do the work you are hoping to do.
