I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (that's the stuff about changing patterns of thoughts and behaviors), along with my gifts of empathy and instilling hope. You will find a "cozy cottage" feeling, a hot cup of tea or coffee, and my undivided attention awaiting you when you walk through the door!
Co-dependency issues (always taking care of others and rarely taking care of yourself), setting boundaries, self care, balance, and finding healthy ways to advocate and express wants and needs are just some of the issues we will explore and develop strategies for a greater sense of well being.
