As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner versed in EMDR, I integrate modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Yoga-based ACT, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to support your journey towards therapeutic objectives. Additionally, I hold certifications as a 200-hour Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher and a 300-hour International Kaiut Yoga.
