Romantic pairs who recall an experience of shared laughter show a greater immediate upswing in relationship satisfaction than couples who remember positive but unfunny shared moments or bouts of independent laughter. More good news for coffee addicts: There's yet another benefit to the drink. A study finds that coffee contains significantly higher levels of soluble dietary fiber than other common beverages, even orange juice. The dietary fiber found in coffee beans passes into brewed coffee, with a cup of instant coffee containing the greatest amount, followed by espresso and filtered joe.
