Is your sex drive in low gear? You're not alone. An estimated 30 to 45 million American women suffer from some form of sexual dysfunction. If traditional medicine has failed you, consider the Wurn Technique, a unique brand of internal and external pelvic massage. Ninety-one percent of the participants in a peer-reviewed study of the technique experienced an overall improvement in sexual function; 56 percent reported an increase in the intensity and duration of orgasm.

"I've never had orgasms like this in my life," says Gail Church, one extremely satisfied customer. Church, a Gulf War veteran who suffered from pain during intercourse and low libido, says she felt a marked improvement after just three days of treatment. "My husband literally cannot keep up with me," she says. This is quite a reversal, but it isn't the first time the Wurn's hands-on approach has proved surprising.

Belinda and Larry Wurn's Florida-based physical therapy practice, Clear Passage, originally developed the method to treat infertility before finding its sexual benefits. Scientists believe their type of massage restores function to the sexual organs by breaking down collagen adhesions that form in the wake of injury and infection. "When we break up adhesions, it's like going back in time," Larry says. "Everything functions better."
