Chester S Spell Ph.D.

Chester S. Spell, Ph.D., is a professor of
management at Rutgers University. His major interests include behavioral
health and organizational justice in organizations and work teams. Some
recent research projects have investigated group splits in baseball
teams, unfair treatment and mental health, the adoption of substance
abuse programs, and the alignment of employer and employee interests to
improve behavioral health. He received his Ph.D. from Georgia Tech.
