Wonderful story- Sincerely,David

Here's One...

How about the mis/over-medicated, hapless patient caught in the middle?

For every noble Dr. Ghaemi there are how many feckless and/or greedy and/or indolent physicians who practice what he abhors?

Great Post

Thanks Dr. Ghaemi for showing that there also can be a corrupt agenda in these litigations.

I can tell that I´ve seldom

I can tell that I´ve seldom have met psychiatrists, people from the pharmaceuticall industry or politicians that aren´t part of the Great Market of drugs, medicines, cientyfic studies, etc.

I call it "Black Market", not because of that color, but because it has nothing to d with the goals of a good psychiatrist, an ethical company that produces products, earn "clean money, and politicians that work to improve the well-being of citizens.

Integrity, Values, honesty (does that word exists in English? I mean being an honest person) is a threat to that comunity.

I´ve been working in the mental illness field for 8 years know. of values and integrity

Among those "seldom" persons, you are one of them; you know some of the others.

I apologise for my English.
