I agree that no single food enhances sex drive. However, what's more important is your state of mind. If you believe that something works (e.g., berries, oysters, candles, lighting, and so forth) for mood, then it just might! It's all in your mind. Having said that, eating healthfully is still important.

I agree.

The healthier you are, the better you are able to act on the feelings generated by mood enhancers (which may include a good meal)!
