For what it's worth, I'm pulling for you!! You've worked hard to get to a better place and should be proud of that. Don't let a week ruin what is a better, happier, healthier rest of your life!

I completely understand what you are about to face. I lost my father to cancer and the two weeks before his death may sister and I were on constant rotating shifts. I went back to smoking after 6 mos and although I got right back to it, I still kick myself for the slip!

Take time for you! And a journal may help. :)
