CBT

An excellent continuation on the CBT discussion. CBT is really starting to gain traction as a way to help those who are failing to get enough quality rest.

I've also seen some pretty good results from people supplementing with melatonin, as it is well received by the body as a natural sleep aid.

Sleeping well is the key factor to succeed our life

Useally the sucessful people are well sleepers.
If we're difficult to sleep at night, lots of our wolking hours are to waste away. It makes us weaker people in competitive business circumstand.

If we can't sleep well each day, we can never be happy in our whole life.
