Emotions of Power

I really like Anthony Robbins' chapter on Emotions in his book entitled, The Giant Within. He also points out that our emotions can teach us what we need, and he gives some practical guidelines for learning from our emotions. The other important peice in learning to accept, is being able to constructively (not ruminatively) journal. And being able to surrender them up in prayer is also helpful, if you are not opposed to spirituality.
