William Klemm, D.V.M., Ph.D.

William Klemm, D.V.M., Ph.D., is a Professor of Neuroscience at the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at Texas A&M University. He is the author of 13 books, including Science, The Brain, and Our Future; Discovery Processes in Modern Biology; Brainstem Mechanisms of Behavior; Understanding Neuroscience; Thank You, Brain, For All You Remember. His latest book is an overview of brain function, with special featurews on origin of consciousness, free will, and dreaming (see "Atoms of Mind," due out in Spring 2011 from Springer.
