Wendy Ulrich is a practicing psychologist and co-author with Dave Ulrich of The Why of Work: How Great Leaders Build Abundant Organizations that Win (2010, McGraw Hill). She is the founder of Sixteen Stones Center for Growth (sixteenstones.net), and is a former president of the Association of Mormon Counselors and Psychotherapists. She has taught at the University of Michigan and Brigham Young University and provides corporate speaking, training, and consulting through the RBL Group rbl.net.
