Victor Lipman
Victor Lipman recently retired from the corporate world after 25 years with one of America's largest life insurance companies. He spent most of that time as a front-line manager and Communications and Marketing executive. Before that, he was a journalist for a decade, mostly as an editor and writer with Honolulu Magazine. Long interested as a practitioner in the subject of management, both good and bad, effective and ineffective, what works and what doesn't, Victor is the founder and principal of Howling Wolf Management Training. He has a B.A. from Harvard College and an MBA from Western New England College. He also writes about work-related issues in a blog for Forbes.com, Management Matters.
