Troy DuFrene
Troy DuFrene is a writer and editor specializing in psychology, food, and travel. His writing concentrates on acceptance and commitment therapy. He is coauthor of Coping with OCD, Mindfulness for Two, and the forthcoming Things Might Go Terribly, Horribly Wrong. He is an editor at New Harbinger Publications, a leading publisher of psychology books. Over the last decade, DuFrene has managed to not keep up with a formal mindfulness practice and failed to maintain a gratitude journal and a food diary for longer than a few days, and he has consistently and rigidly believed that his thoughts were indicative of absolute reality. In other words, he is is still quite literally fumbling for change in his life. He divides his time between the San Francisco Bay Area and Austin, Texas.
