A comprehensive mind, brain, body approach to weight loss and maintenance, this blog is for health professionals in all fields as well as their intellectually curious patients. I synthesize information on genetics, diet, exercise, sleep, circadian rhythms, metabolic complexities, psychological predispositions, and the environment as it relates to weight control. My blog has evolved from my recently published book, The Gravity of Weight. (American Psychiatric Publishing, Inc., 2010.)
