Rubin Naiman, Ph.D.

Dr. Rubin Naiman is the sleep and dream specialist and clinical assistant professor of medicine at the University of Arizona's Center for Integrative Medicine, directed by Dr. Andrew Weil. He is also the founder and director of Circadian Health Associates, an organization that offers a broad range of sleep related services, trainings and consultation internationally.

Dr. Naiman is a leader in the development of integrative medicine approaches to sleep and dreams, creatively weaving medical and neuroscientific perspectives with depth psychological and spiritual views. For more than a decade he served as the sleep and dream specialist at Canyon Ranch and Miraval Resorts. He maintains a private practice in Tucson and has worked with a diverse clientele ranging from leading CEOs to world-class athletes and from homemakers to statesmen and entertainers.

Dr. Naiman is the author of a number of groundbreaking works on sleep, including Healing Night, The Sleep Advisor and Healthy Sleep (with Dr. Andrew Weil). His most recent publications include The Yoga of Sleep and ToSleep ToNight: First Aid for Insomnia.
