Robert Muller, Ph.D.

Robert T. Muller, Ph.D., trained at Harvard, after which he joined University of Massachusetts, and started a trauma assessment service in Brookline. He is a fellow of the International Society for the Study of Trauma & Dissociation, and an associate professor and supervising psychologist at York University. Muller specializes in trauma, attachment, and psychotherapy, and is lead investigator in a multi-site program to treat intra-familial trauma. His book, Trauma and the Avoidant Client, won a 2011 award from the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation. He is the 2012 winner of the President's award for teaching innovation at York University.
