Meg Selig is the author of Changepower! 37 Secrets to Habit Change Success. She earned her M.A. Ed. in counseling at Washington University in St. Louis. In addition to her consulting work, she is also an adjunct professor of counseling at St. Louis Community College at Florissant Valley where she teaches a short class on "Habit Change." Selig lives in St. Louis, Missouri.
